Today is Purim and I created my own recipe for  yummy vegan hamantaschen !

Using jam is a great idea. I purchased and pureed dried fruit. This seems less expensive, easier, and yummier. Thanks!

Jam is easier but you do have to make sure it is really thick or it will ooze and burn. Jam with seeds seems to work the best. Or preserves.
